· 2 min read

We have released the latest version of AI-Starter, 3.0.6.

Key Updates

  1. Chat Branching Feature
  2. OpenAI Code Interpreter Support
  3. OpenAI Thinking Summary
  4. New AI Model Support
  5. Temperature Setting Improvements
  6. Other Bug Fixes and Improvements

1. Chat Branching Feature

You can now create a new chat by branching from any message in a conversation. A "Branch from here" button has been added to the action buttons on each assistant message. This makes it easy to try different questions or scenarios based on past conversations.

For details, see the History Feature documentation.

2. OpenAI Code Interpreter Beta Support

The GPT-5.2 Code Interpreter assistant is now available. This allows you to use OpenAI's Code Interpreter feature for data processing and analysis.

Code Interpreter is in beta, so it may behave unstably. Please be aware of this in advance. Specifically, attached files may not be read correctly. If this occurs, try instructing the assistant to "refer to the file_id."

3. OpenAI Thinking Summary

You can now view a summary of the thinking process with OpenAI's reasoning models. For example, when using GPT-5.2 Thinking, the assistant's response will include a summary of its thinking.

4. New AI Model Support

We have added support for multiple latest AI models. Please refer to the following for the list of supported models.

Azure AI

  • GPT-5.2 / GPT-5.2 Thinking
  • GPT Image 1.5 (Image Generation)

Google AI

  • Gemini 3 Flash Preview

OpenAI

  • GPT-5.2 / GPT-5.2 Thinking / GPT-5.2 Chat
  • GPT-5.1 Codex Max
  • GPT Image 1.5 (Image Generation)

5. Temperature Setting Improvements

We fixed an issue where a Temperature value once set in the admin panel could not be deleted. A clear button has been added for easy deletion.

Conclusion

Thank you for reading to the end. AI-Starter continues to improve based on feedback from our users. Please review the changes in this version and let us know if you have any comments or requests. Stay tuned for future updates.
