We have released the latest version 3.0.5 of AI-Starter.

Main Updates​

1. New AI Model Support​

We have added support for multiple latest AI models. For a list of supported models, please refer to the following.

Claude Opus 4.5​

We have added support for Anthropic's latest flagship model, Claude Opus 4.5. This model combines advanced reasoning capabilities with creativity. Token efficiency has been improved, and pricing tends to be lower than previous Opus series, so the conversation turn limit is set to the default 100 turns.

GPT-5.1 / GPT-5.1 Thinking​

We have added assistants for OpenAI's GPT-5.1 and GPT-5.1 Thinking, which has enhanced reasoning capabilities. The Thinking model allows adjustment of reasoning levels via the reasoningEffort parameter.

Gemini 3 Pro Preview​

We have added support for Google's Gemini 3 Pro Preview model. It supports control of thinking levels via the thinkingLevel parameter.

Amazon Nova 2 Lite​

We have added the Nova 2 Lite model from Amazon Bedrock. It features built-in code execution capabilities, and clients in the US region also support web search functionality. When using built-in tools, additional IAM policy configuration (bedrock:InvokeToolWithResults) is required. If you wish to use this, please contact the support desk.

2. Azure AI Foundry Support​

Azure currently has two platforms. Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Foundry. Azure OpenAI Service allows you to use the traditional OpenAI API. On the other hand, Azure AI Foundry is a next-generation platform that supports various models including Azure OpenAI. AI-Starter will recommend using Azure AI Foundry going forward.

3. Session Management Improvements​

Authentication session expiration can now be flexibly configured. You can customize the session period via the session_max_days parameter (default is 30 days). Additionally, with this change, we expect to resolve issues where login fails when users have many roles in Entra ID.

4. Conversation History Retention Period Changes​

We have changed the conversation history retention period to 30 days. As previously announced, with this change, "histories older than 30 days from chat start" will be deleted. Please be aware of this in advance.
