This is an announcement of new features in the upcoming version 2.4.10 of AI-Starter.

In the next update, we plan to change the user interface (UI) of the assistant selection screen. Please inform users in advance as necessary.

The release of version 2.4.10 is scheduled for December 2024.

Assistant Selection Screen UI Change​

The current assistant selection screen uses a dropdown menu, but in the next version, the assistant selection screen will appear from the bottom of the screen. This will improve the visibility and searchability of the assistant list. Additionally, by eliminating grouping by AI providers, users will be able to freely change the order of assistants.

Introducing the New Sidebar​

A new sidebar will be added to AI-Starter. The new sidebar is designed to be more intuitive and user-friendly. We plan to add new features in the future, such as chat history editing functionality.

Important notice for customers using Amazon Bedrock's Claude models with AI-Starter.

Following the availability of some Claude 3 series models in ap-northeast-1 (Tokyo region), we are working on corresponding updates for AI-Starter. In the upcoming version (v2.4.5), we will be making the following specification changes.
