How long is chat history retained?

In the latest version, your most recently updated chat history is displayed for 10 days.

Can assistants process files uploaded from my device?

Yes, this is possible by enabling the StorageFiles option. For more details, please refer to File Attachments.

What is a system prompt?

It's a prompting technique that defines the premise of user-AI interaction. It's used to more easily elicit expected responses from the AI.

Are user templates and system templates added in personal settings shared with other users?

No, user templates and system templates added in personal settings are not shared with other users. Templates added in personal settings are only visible to you under the "Custom" category when you press the dedicated button.

Are there any precautions for prompt templates added in personal settings?

Prompt templates added by users are stored in the browser's local storage. Therefore, please note that if you clear your browser cache, your added templates will also be deleted. As a temporary measure, please use Personal Settings Backup. In future updates, we are considering changing the storage location of prompt templates to a database.

When using Nova series models, PDF inputs sometimes cause hallucinations.

We have confirmed that when using Nova series models, PDF inputs can cause hallucinations. This is due to AWS-level specifications. Please wait for improvements.

Is customization possible?

As this is a package offering, you can only use the provided features. We will consider feature additions in future updates based on feedback from existing customers. For the near-term roadmap, please refer to the Roadmap.

The assistant's responses are no longer streaming.

This is a rare occurrence, and we are currently working on a fundamental solution. As a temporary workaround, we recommend redeploying AWS App Runner:

  1. Open the AWS App Runner service screen
  2. Open the target service
  3. Click the "Deploy" button
