How long is the chat history retained?

In the latest version, the most recently updated chat history is displayed for 10 days.

Can the assistant process files uploaded from my device?

Yes, it's possible by enabling the StorageFiles option. For more details, please refer to File Attachment.

What is a system prompt?

It's a prompting technique that defines the premise of the interaction between the user and AI. It's used to more easily elicit expected responses from AI.

Are user templates and system templates added in personal settings shared with other users?

No, user templates and system templates added in personal settings are not shared with other users. User templates and system templates added in personal settings are displayed only to you under the "Custom" category when you press the dedicated button.

Are there any points to note about prompt templates added in personal settings?

Among prompt templates, those added by users are stored in the browser's local storage. Therefore, please note that if you clear your browser cache, the added templates will also be deleted. In future updates, we are considering changing the storage location of prompt templates to a database.

Line breaks occur when copying part of a code block

When copying part of a code block, line breaks may occur due to system specifications. If you want to copy a specific part of a code block accurately, please click the "Preview" button at the top of the code block before proceeding.

Is custom customization possible?

As this is a package offering, you can only use the provided features. Regarding feature additions, we will consider them in future updates based on feedback from customers who have already implemented it. For the near-term roadmap, please refer to the Roadmap.

The Assistant's Responses Are No Longer Streaming

This is a rare issue, and we are currently working on a fundamental resolution. As a temporary workaround, we recommend redeploying the AWS App Runner service.

  2. Select the target service.
  3. Click the "Deploy" button.
